Nazario was born along the Inka Trail, at the first campsite called Huayllabamba. He is 34 years old and has one daughter. He is the most experienced chef and his cooking is exquisite and incredible. Nazario will make your trek much more pleasant and is the person in charge of all the food during your expedition. Nazario says that he learned to cook at a young age and while completing many treks as a porter.
Nemesio was born in Huilloc (Ollantaytambo), is 23 years old and has one daughter. He started working as a porter and after many years has become one of the best chefs that we have at Apu Andino. He is very happy to be able to cook for all of our visitors and share Peruvian and international cuisine with them.
